Hi everyone,
I’m struggling with staying productive while working from home and also taking care of my young children (ages 3 and 5). I’ve been working remotely for the past 6 months, but it’s been really challenging to balance my professional responsibilities with the demands of parenting.
There are days when I feel like I’m constantly switching between tasks — answering emails, attending meetings, and trying to keep the kids entertained or manage their needs. I’m finding it hard to stay focused and get through my to-do list. I also feel guilty when I don’t have the energy or patience to engage with them the way I’d like to.

For those of you who’ve been in a similar situation, what strategies have you used to create a balance between work and parenting at home? How do you set boundaries with both your work and your kids? Are there any tools or routines that have helped you stay on track?
Thanks so much for your advice!
