Hello,

Here is a tutorial to reset Mozilla Firefox.

1. Open the start menu then Execute (or Windows + R).
2. Enter this then do Ok :
   firefox -safe-mode

2. Enter this then do Ok :
   firefox.exe -safe-mode

Open the terminal and enter this :

/Applications/firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/Firefox-bin -safe-mode Open the terminal and enter this :

/path/to/firefox/firefox -safe-mode
In the window that open, click on Reset Firefox.
Then confirm by clicking again on Reset Firefox.
