Bonjour,
depuis quelques temps je suis moi aussi parasité par awesome hp, je n'arrive pas à le supprimer j'ai donc effectué un nettoyage avec adwcleaner et voici le rapport, que dois je faire par la suite?

Fais ZHPFix comme ceci avec ces lignes, et poste le rapport.

Il est possible que les raccourcis pour ouvrir tes navigateurs soient supprimés ; ce n'est pas grave, il te suffira de les recréer en faisant clic droit = Créer un raccourci.

Je ne comprends ce que je dois mettre dans ZHPfix faut il faire copier coller du rapport car lorsque je fais CTRL+C rien ne se passe

Oui mais tu as fait ZHPFix déjà ?

Je n'arrive pas à faire ZHP Fix, l'analyse commence mais d'un coup tout se ferme et ca me renvoie sur une page bleu avec des trucs écrits en anglais

Je n'ai pas trouvé le mode sans echec avec prise en charge réseau bien qu'ayant essayé F5 et F8...

Tu appuies bien sur F8 juste après avoir appuyé sur ton bouton d'alimentation ?

Ouai F8 donne rien et F5 propose soit démarrage normal soit démarrage avec restauration que j'ai fait mais ça n'a rien changé au problème !

J'ai trouvé le mode sans échec mais rien n'y change, lorsque je lance SHPFix je tombe sur le même écran bleu... J'ouvre ZHPFix ==>importer ==> Script ZHPFix + copier-coller
