Il arrive parfois que Ccleaner se bloque lors du nettoyage.

• Tout d'abord, il faut patienter, afin d'être sûr que le logiciel est vraiment bloqué. Car, parfois, il peut rester plusieurs minutes sur une même opération.
• Fermez tous les autres programmes en cours.
• Si rien ne bouge au bout de plusieurs minutes de patience, fermez le logiciel. Ensuite, si vous êtes sous Windows Vista, 7 ou 8, ouvrez le en l'exécutant en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit = Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur) et recommencez l'opération.
• Si le problème persiste, regardez à quel endroit il bloque et décochez la case qui correspond au blocage. Par exemple, s'il reste bloqué sur Fichiers temporaires du système, décochez la case "Fichiers temporaires" dans "Système" :
  
• Vérifiez bien que le logiciel est à jour.
