Erreur d'affichage de mon site web dépendement de l'ordinateur/mobile utilisé... Help !

Bonjour à tous,
Dans le cadre d'un évenement organisé par des étudiants dans mon université, j'ai recyclé un ancien site que j'avais à l'époque où j'étais doué en html lol !
Voilà le site web publié partiellement: http://pharmacolloque.netne.net/index2.html
Par contre, je remarque que dépendement de l'ordinateur, du cellulaire ou de la tablette que j'utilise l'affichage est beau, ou pas... je fais des essais/erreur sans succes... on commence la publicité de l'évenement et on a besoin du site disponible rapidement et c'est au delà de mes compétences...
