Je voulais que tu me donnes le lien créé par Cjoint, bref....


Pour Speecy tu le télécharges sur l'autre pc, tu mets le fichier téléchargé sur ta clé usb, tu mets ta clé usb sur ton pc "malade", tu installes Speecy dessus, tu fais le scan, tu me donnes le rapport.

j' ai executé le ctr.exe sur le PC bureau
a bossé pendant 10 mn et me demande :

reinitialiser et activer le parefeu de Win
ne pas accepter si vous avez un autre parefeu actif

PS j 'ai vu que mon parefeu n était plus actif sans pouvoir le rendre actif ...

Bon on va y aller par étapes :

• Télécharger CTR.exe
• Double cliquer sur le fichier pour le lancer.
• L'analyse ne dure que quelques instants.
• Poster le contenu du rapport.
• Le rapport est sur le bureau (CTR.txt)

- Télécharge ServicesRepair (Eset) sur ton Bureau.

- Exécute le, clique sur Yes dans la boite de dialogue.
- À la fin, clique sur Yes pour autoriser le redémarrage.
- L'outil va créer un dossier CC Support dans le répertoire où l'outil a été exécuté.
- Héberge le rapport CC Support\Logs\SvcRepair.txt sur Cjoint et poste moi le lien obtenu : http://cjoint.com/

Utilises la combinaison de touches Windows + R

Tape services.msc, valide par OK puis Continuer.

Dans la liste repère le service de stratégie de diagnostic et sélectionne-le puis démarre-le.


Puis refais un diagnostique et réparation de ta carte.


Fais moi cela aussi :


Vas dans démarrer
Exécuter (ou Utilises la combinaison de touches Windows + R)
Tape: devmgmt.msc et OK.

Vois s'il y a des points d'interrogation et lesquels ?
Si oui, fais clic droit sur le périphérique

En fait, ds la gestion des periph, mes 2 cartes réseau sont avec l 'icone warning !!!!
j' ai deasctivé puis activé chacune d 'elles , le warning est toujours là !!!

et quand je clique en bas à droite sur l icone reseau puis diag et reparer, message :
impossible d executer diag reseau car le service de strategie de diag n est pas en cours
d execution !!!! ..

je ne peux supprimer la connexion reseau sans fil , le choix supprimer n est pas actif , seul le choix desactiver apparait , j ai desactivé et réactivé RAS

Si tu as fait cela en mode sans échec simple c'est normal. Tu es sous quel Windows?

As tu tenté de réinitialiser ta carte réseau?

As tu essayé de supprimer la connexion que tu avais enregistré et en refaire une toute neuve?

suite à une coupure intempestive , l icone en bas à droite faisait apparaitre ma LiveBox avec le message connexion en accès limité, avec la croix rouge. Pourtant celle-ci marche bien connectée à un portable.

j' ai tenté un démarrage en mode sans échec pour lancer un diagnostic , résultat : je ne vois plus aucune box  !!!!!!!!!!!!

j'ai l'impression qu 'il me manque des dll
