Bonjour,

Here is a tutorial to reset Google Chrome.

For Windows XP :
  1. Open the start menu then Execute (or Windows + R).
  2. Enter this then do Ok :
    "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\"
  3. Rename the file Default in Save Default (for exemple).
  4. Restart Chrome whick will create a new file Default.

For Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8 :
  1. Open the start menu then Execute (or Windows + R).
  2. Enter this then do Ok :
    %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data
  3. Rename the file Default in Save Default (for exemple).
  4. Restart Chrome whick will create a new file Default.
For Mac :
As on Windows, but you have to rename the following file : ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default

For Linux :
As on Windows, but you have to rename the following file : ~/.config/google-chrome/Default
