Tu as le rapport STP ?

Il doit être sur le bureau sous ZHPFixReport.txt

Non, j'avais fait ZHPdiag dont j'ai le rapport sur le bureau, mais quand j'ai ouvert ZHPFix, une fenêtre s'ouvre me proposant importer ou configurer... J'en suis là, je n'ai rien fait

Ok, alors commence par simplement sélectionner et copier toutes les lignes que je t'ai données dans ce message : http://www.forum-entraide-informatique. ... llet#78606

Ensuite, tu ouvres ZHPFix et tu cliques sur Importer.
Tu cliques sur le bouton "Go" en bas à gauche et tu réponds Oui au message te demandant si tu souhaites nettoyer les données.
