Lorsque je joue à mon jeux RCT3 sur l'ordinateur que mon père à acheter dans un magasin, je joue un certain temps puis l'écran se fige, il s'éteint puis se rallume puis se ré-éteint chaque fois durant 15,20 secondes avant de m'afficher un BSOD ( blue screen ) : http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?i ... otoudh.jpg
Ce problème arrive aussi lorsque je regarde des vidéos youtube ou lorsque je suis sur des sites avec animations flash ( en général, car il arrive qu'il plante lorsque je suis sur facebook ! x) )

Oui et problème nvidia avec le pilote 320.49 (est-ce-que ta carte graphique est bien à jour)  

Quelle est la référence de ta carte nvidia et quel âge à ton pc

Quelle est la référence et le modèle de ton pc  

As-tu le driver du fabricant de ton pc ou celui du site nvidia pour la certe graphique

Il manque la référence exact car je ne trouve pas ton modèle chez Packard Bell tu dois avoir
(pt-u**-pv-u**) quelque part sur une étiquette du pc.

Tu vas ici  http://www.packardbell.fr/pb/fr/FR/content/download et tu cliques vers le  =Comment trouver mon numéro de série

Pour les ordinateurs livrés avec le système d'exploitation Microsoft® Windows® 7, Packard Bell fournit une application nommé Identity Card, qui peut être utilisé pour afficher le numéro de série de votre ordinateur.

Pour démarrer le logiciel Identity Card:


1.Cliquez sur Démarrer et ensuite sur Tous les Programmes
2.Cliquez sur le répertoire Packard Bell
3.Cliquez sur Identity Card

Sinon, le numéro de série pourra être trouvé dans le BIOS auquel vous pouvez acceder en appuyant sur la touche F2 lors de la mise sous tension de l'ordinateur.

Bonjour,

Donc ton modèle est PT.U5C-PV.U5C

Va ici    http://www.packardbell.fr/pb/fr/FR/content/download.

Dans la case numéro de série tu colles ton numéro (PTU5CE229602501DBE2700) puis chercher.

Tu choisis ton système ( Windows 7 64bits ) puis confirmer.

Là, tu as tout les pilotes d'origine, remet les pilotes d'origine et regarde si tu as un ou des BSOD.

Pour la carte graphique, regarde dans le gestionnaire de périphérique (Windows + R puis tu colles mmc devmgmt.msc entrer) et regarde dans carte graphique.

Juste le chipset et un vga mais il faut savoir si tu as intel - ati - ou nvidia,

Tu n'arrives pas à faire touche Windows + R et coller mmc devmgmt.msc dans la zone exécuter puis entrer

Clique sur Démarrer - panneau de configuration - gestionnaire de périphérique et poste une image de ce que tu as dans carte graphique.

Ok, commence par télécharger le vga nvidia sur Packard bell et enregistre le sur le bureau.



Après tu vas dans le gestionnaire de périphérique tu notes la version et la date du pilote installé sur un papier et tu désinstalles le pilote nvidia puis tu redémarres ton pc.

Regarde si Windows lors du démarrage à remis quelque chose dans carte graphique et note la date et la version sur un papier.

Met les infos ici de ce que tu as noté la première et la deuxième fois (date et version).

Ok donc, j'ai télécharger le vga nvidia donc quand il a été télécharger je suppose que ça voulait dire qu'il était aussi enregistré ?

Ensuite j'ai noter et désinstaller le pilote installé. La mon écran est devenus 10 fois plus grand x). J'ai rallumer mon pc, avec l'écran toujours aussi grand, et il a réinstaller un pilote et ma refait redémarrer le pc et maintenant j'ai un écran normal

Si oui à une question quand est-ce que ? x)

En faite c'était un peu aléatoire, ça pouvais arriver au début comme pendant, mais chaque fois avant une grosse progression.

J'arrive pas a faire des parcs gigantesque car il plante toujours avant.
Lorsque le parcs commence à être un peu consistant ( beaucoups de choses déjà placer etc ) il plante souvent... Ok j'vais essayer, mais tu n'avais pas dis que je devais télécharger le chipset ?

Normalement il est à jour tente juste avec ce qui a été modifié pour le moment car j'ai vu que sur certains pc, le faite de faire les maj des cartes graphiques chez tous les drivers ou nvidia donnait ces dysfonctionnements et qu'il vaut mieux rester avec le pilote du fabricant. (comprend pas bien pourquoi d'ailleurs mais teste ton jeu pour voir si BSOD ou pas)

Aussi, si BSOD fais un e analyse avec whocrashed et poste le rapport comme hier.

Donc actuellement tu as ceci en jaune alors qu'hier tu avais le dernier Image

Je regardes mais avais-tu des points de restaurations avant les BSOD

Comment est connectée ta carte graphique (dvi - vga - hdmi)

As-tu testé avec d'autres cables pour voir car j'ai vu un problème similaire en dvi qui a été résolu en passant en hdmi.
