Bonjour je n'ai pas dit que j'attendais Jacques. Tu me demandes si j'ai donné la marque et le modèle pour l'analyse de mon disque dur je t'ai répondu que j'ai fait la manip demandée. Je demande que tu sois indulgent. J'ai beaucoup de chances que des personnes comme toi ou Jacques s'occupent de mon problème maintenant désolée si je ne comprends pas tout.
En attendant le chkdsk tourne en boucle et même si j'arrête au bouton il redémarre bloque à l'étape 5 et redémarre depuis 9h ce matin. Je me permets de rappeler que Jacques une fois m'avait aidé à réinitialiser paramètres usine puis j'ai fait un recuva qui a replanté mon ordi j'ai à nouveau réinitialisé paramètres usine et là j'ai fait un chkdsk qui plante complètement mon ordi. As tu s'il te plait une solution à me proposer en attendant j'attends qu'il n'ait plus de batterie pour qu'il s'eteigne

Je veux juste la marque + le modèle ainsi que la référence de ton disque dur pour connaître le fabricant et rechercher l'utilitaire qui va bien sinon, tu peux tenter un check du disque avec Windows repair all in one à l'aide du step 3 de l'outil pour voir si il va jusqu'au bout ou pas.

Mais, comme Jacques à commencé le sujet je ne veux pas m'interposer mais seulement donner une direction à entreprendre pour tenter de résoudre ton sujet ;).

Mon ordi est un Packard Bell Easy Note LM 85 GU avec windows 7 familial. Peux-tu me dire ou puis je trouver les références de mon disque dur ? Je ne peux plus arrêter mon Chkdsk il est en boucle je ne peux pas faire le windows repair. Comment puis je l'arrêter ?

bonjour, désolé de ne pas avoir pu passer avant !! c'est bizarre et pas bon que le chkdsk tourne en boucle !! si tu appuis sur le bouton il ne s'étient pas ??

grimpeur pas de problème pour apporter ton aide ?

pour trouver les références de ton dd tu cliques droit sur le DD dans ordinateur et puis propriétés, et onglet matériel la ligne en surbrillance te donne la marque du DD

Pas de souci je pense 1/ que vous travaillez aussi 2/que c'est le week end pour vous aussi si le 1/ est vérifié et 3/ vous vous occupez d'autres sujets sur le forum.

Mon chkdsk est en boucle j'ai éteins plusieurs fois au bouton et quand il se rallume il repart sur le chkdsk. Impossible de l'arrêter.
Bon pour l'instant je ne peux pas accéder au Disque dur.

As tu une chose à me proposer ?

Soit Grimpeur soit jacques.gache mais au secours !!

bonjour, quand tu l’éteint et que tu le rallume tu fais F8 et démarrer windows normalement et si il fait pareil tu refais F8 et tu démarres sur la dernière bonne configuration connu !

Bonsoir,

L'ordi est reparti sur la sélection du type de restauration "restaurer complètement configuration par défaut" ou "restaurer le système d'exploitation".

Je pense que je vais encore faire "la configuration par défaut"comme cela je repars sur une bonne base.

bonjour, perso je changerais le DD et réinstallerait avec les cd de restauration que tu as gravé!! car la j'ai plus que l'impression que dés que tu fais des choses sur le pc comme chkdsk ou recuva qui vont fouiller dans les secteurs du DD plante le pc !! mais bon dés que tu peux donner la référence du DD tu le fait et grimpeur te dira quoi utiliser comme outil pour controler le DD

grimpeur m'a suggéré de faire un windows repair one in all c'est ce que je suis en train de faire j'ai téléchargé "tweaking.com windows repair"mais je ne me fais pas d'illusion il faut que je me rende à l'évidence mon disque dur est mort Je m'en doutais puisque le chkdsk tournait en boucle. Je l'avais acheté en janvier 2011
J'attends la fin du windows repair et je vais te donner la référence de mon disque mais je ne suis pas capable de le changer. je vais être obligée de racheter un ordi.

faux, il y a pratiquement rien à faire, juste enlever deux vis et le petit capot

faux aussi et heureusement qu'on ne rachète pas un pc à chaque fois qu'il y a un problème avec un disque !!!

Pendant ce temps, je vais regarder le manuel de ton pc pour te donner la marche à suivre pour le changement de disque (démontage)

le windows repair est fini il y a des trucs qu'il n'a pas trouvé mais il a aussi réparé des trucs mais je n'ai pas tout compris.

Je refait un chkdsk avec la manipulation de jacques.gache pour voir s'il va mieux.

Tu ne l'as peut-être pas vu dans mon profil mais je suis une fille c'est pour cela que je te disais que je ne suis pas capable de le faire.
Bon je me fais une raison mon disque dur est mort il faut que j'apprenne à chercher un tournevis.

Ok et rapide ou étendue mais pas réécrire les zéros hein sinon ton disque va être vidé !!!

Rapide -> effectue l'auto-test rapide de disque SMART pour réunir et vérifier les informations de Data Lifeguard contenues sur le disque.
Etendu -> effectue un balayage complet du support pour détecter les mauvais secteurs. Le test peut prendre plusieurs heures en fonction de la taille du disque.

Ne pas faire
/!\ ECRIRE DES ZEROS - écrit des zéros sur le disque avec les options d'effacement complet et d'effacement rapide. Le système de fichiers et les données sont alors perdus./!\

Euh tu m'as mis le doute non je pense que j'ai bien fait le petit carré bleu ouvert c'est "DLGDIAG-EXTENDED TEST" par contre plus le test avance et plus le estimated time remaining augmente au démarrage il indiquait 2h et là au bout de 30 mn de test il indique qu'il reste 2h45 bon j'espère que je ne me suis pas trompée en cliquant

tu me dis qu'il est facile de démonter son disque dur mais en même temps il a laché au bout de 4 ans j'ai peur d'avoir d'autres choses dans l'ordi qui lache.

Je vais aller sur ce forum dans la rubrique des ordis pour savoir vers quoi m'orienter sachant qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de chance que je reprenne un packard bell vu qu'il a vite laché.

oui tu te rappelles il plante avec Récuva et le chkdsk que m'a demandé jacques.

Il en a conclu que c'était certainement mon disque qui est défectueux puisqu'il plante dès que l'on va sur les secteurs.
Ah ton chkdsk n'est pas le même que celui fait hier.

il tourne en boucle je l'ai arrêté au bouton et au moment ou il voulait démarrer lors du compte à rebours j'ai fait entrée
j'ai réinitialiser mon ordi paramètre usine donc le windows s'est réinstallé.
là j'utilise mon ordi pour écrire puisque je n'utilise pas le disque dur.

Un grand merci pour l'aide apportée. Je suis donc en mode je cherche un ordi.

Je vais ouvrir un sujet dans la partie virus.

Je viens de faire un avast sur ce qui était sauvegardé sur mon disque dur externe et il y a un message de virus.

Pour mon problème de redémarrage système je le mets en résolu puisque malgré toutes les manipulations de jacques.gaches et de grimpeur je n'ai pas réussi à refaire fonctionner correctement mon disque dur.
